decent hotel, some issues
helpful staff breakfast variety automatic heating no refund
the hotel is very beautiful. the breakfast offers a good variety. the staff was friendly. i especially liked serhat, who was very helpful.
the air conditioning in the room switched to heating automatically. i had to change to a lower-grade room since no other rooms were available. i did not receive a refund for the price difference.

i stayed in a superior room sea view. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there were excellent sun beds at the beach with great views.
the elevator music throughout the hotel was a bit repetitive.

friendly staff clean resort luxurious design helpful personnel
The staff was very cute from arrival to departure. Hasan, Yusuf, and Serhat were friendly and helpful. Baturan, Farhat, and other restaurant personnel were conversational and helpful. The resort is clean and luxurious. I observed five-star standards .

Staff provided really good service, assisting with directions and promptly fulfilling requests. The buggy service was readily available for transport within the resort. I noted staff always greeted guests with a smile.

The resort offers a private beach. Other water activities are also available. The resort is clean, and there is a cart buggy. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

Meals and drinks were tasty and offered considerable choice. I saw different selections and cuisine for starters, appetizers, desserts, and drinks. The breakfast buffet includes various options.
